About These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the PDFWelder app for iPhone and iPad, provided by Goudri. By downloading or using PDFWelder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA, which governs your license to use the app. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA on a matter it governs, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.

What PDFWelder Does

PDFWelder is a document toolkit for creating and organizing PDFs, editing and signing them, compressing and converting files, extracting and reading content, protecting documents, and comparing or recovering files.

Document processing takes place on your device. PDFWelder does not upload the contents of your PDFs, images, scans, signatures, passwords, or extracted text to our servers.

Some tools depend on your device and operating system. Translate requires iOS 18 or later. Available tools may change as the app and Apple platforms evolve.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are not old enough to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use of PDFWelder.

Acceptable Use

Use PDFWelder only for lawful purposes and only with files and content you are authorized to use. You must not use the app to infringe another person's rights, impersonate someone, create fraudulent documents, bypass access controls or subscription checks, interfere with the app, or remove a document password unless you are authorized to do so.

Signatures added with Fill & Sign are visual marks placed in a PDF, not certificate-based digital signatures. The Digital Signature tool signs with a certificate you provide or one it creates for you. Neither is identity verification or a guarantee that a recipient will accept the document. You are responsible for having permission to use a signature and for checking any legal or organizational requirements that apply to your document.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the documents, images, and other content you use with PDFWelder. Goudri does not claim ownership of your files or output. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to process, edit, sign, share, or protect that content.

Results and Backups

PDFWelder uses best-effort processing. OCR, translation, document conversion, comparison, compression, and file repair may be incomplete or inaccurate. Repair may not recover every damaged file, and some operations may change formatting or document structure.

Review important output before relying on or sharing it. Keep a separate backup of your original files. PDFWelder is a document utility and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Free Credit and PDFWelder PRO

PDFWelder includes one free credit. You can run the tools and preview results; the credit is used the first time you share, save, export or print a result. No payment or subscription is required to use that credit. It is not a subscription trial, does not renew, and does not start billing automatically.

PDFWelder PRO provides unlimited use of the tools available on your device. Weekly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled. The current price, billing period, and local currency are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription settings. Deleting PDFWelder does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in PDFWelder to restore an active purchase made with the same Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refund decisions. You can request a refund from Apple, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

Privacy and Service Providers

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat helps PDFWelder confirm subscription status and unlock PDFWelder PRO. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics provide product analytics and crash diagnostics. These services do not receive the contents of your documents from PDFWelder.

Availability and Changes

We may update, add, replace, or remove features in future versions to improve PDFWelder, maintain security, meet platform requirements, or respond to technical changes. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

Any subscription price change is handled through the App Store under Apple's notice and consent rules. We will provide the subscription access purchased for the current paid period as required by the App Store rules and applicable law.

Consumer Rights

The Apple Standard EULA contains the warranty and liability terms that apply to your license. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. When a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or on this website where practical. Updated Terms apply from the date shown at the top unless a later date is stated.
